About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer for a manufacturing and industrial location in Springfield, Tennessee. The officer will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide clear communication and customer service while responding to site needs with integrity. The role is scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and pays $18.93 per hour. The officer will follow security procedures and site-specific policies, respond to incidents and alarms, monitor access activity, and document patrols and unusual conditions. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require a minimum age of 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, subject to applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established procedures and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, office areas, parking areas, access points, and the exterior perimeter.
Monitor access points and observe employee, visitor, contractor, and delivery activity to help deter unauthorized entry and support site access procedures.
Document patrols, observations, incidents, and unusual conditions according to company and site-specific reporting requirements.
