About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Customer Relations in Saint Louis, Missouri, at a logistics and distribution location. The role involves conducting unarmed patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and providing customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel. The scheduled shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay is $16.70 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable law.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements before employment.
Have a valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter; identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials or authorization as required, and direct visitors and delivery personnel according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate personnel in accordance with site protocols.
Complete activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly.
