Customer Service Security Officer
About The Position
The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling locations. Officers preserve order while enforcing site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. They may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. The role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned client site to help protect client property and personnel. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided. The advertised wage is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth within the company.
Requirements
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Have a driver's license.
- Be available to work weekends.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
Nice To Haves
- Retail, food service, or hospitality industry experience is considered a good fit, though no experience is necessary.
