About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Compliance Reviewer in Los Angeles, California, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as commercial real estate. In this unarmed security role at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to concerns. The position is full-time and pays $24.75 per hour. The listed schedule is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable licensing requirements; a license may be required before employment depending on state or local laws and regulations.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas, identifying and reporting unusual conditions.
Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, and report unauthorized access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; contact appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
Prepare clear, timely reports and maintain accurate activity logs for patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations.
