About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol officer at a technology location in Saint Charles, Missouri, you will help safeguard the client’s people and property while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, provide customer service, and respond to security concerns with integrity. The role is scheduled Thursday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at $18.19 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation, as a condition of employment and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen, as a condition of employment and to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond calmly and constructively to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document observations, incidents, and daily activity.
• Maintain a professional presence and communicate clearly with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
