About The Position

As a Security Officer Incident Response in Saint Louis, Missouri, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. In this unarmed patrol role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and provide customer service. The position is full-time and pays $17.98 per hour. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers entering restricted areas according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts or emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in required reports.
• Maintain professional communication with client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
