About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Incident Response in Fort Pierce, Florida, at a food and beverage manufacturing location. The officer helps safeguard the facility by monitoring access points, conducting routine and random patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and documenting security-related activities. The role also supports a welcoming environment through professional communication and customer service, and may involve emergency response activities when appropriate. The position pays $19.00 per hour. The listed schedule is 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Monday, Saturday, and Sunday. Applicants must have at least one year of security-related experience, a guard card or license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is conditional on a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience.
- A guard card or license is required.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required before employment.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond calmly and with a problem-solving approach to incidents and critical situations, reporting hazards, unauthorized access, and unusual activity.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, loading docks, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and help deter unauthorized access.
- Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with company and site-specific procedures.
