Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; a license may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Monitor access points, vehicle traffic, and visitor activity according to procedures for a package handling and distribution environment.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
Support the orderly movement of personnel, visitors, and delivery vehicles while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
