About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Incident Documentation in Bridgeton, Missouri. The role serves clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location, providing customer service and carrying out site security procedures. This is a driving position involving routine vehicle and foot patrols, a visible security presence, response to security concerns, and accurate incident documentation. The scheduled shifts are Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; a valid license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, production or technical spaces, parking areas, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site-specific requirements.
