About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location in Millington, Tennessee. The officer will help safeguard the site, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Duties include routine and random patrols, monitoring activity and access points, responding to incidents, and documenting observations. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and pays $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• State or local licensing may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in required reports, and promptly communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
