About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Incident Intake in Framingham, Massachusetts. The role provides reliable hours at an assigned site, with the option to claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform. The designated site and weekly anchor shift require a six-month commitment. Employees may pick up shifts at multiple sites and may build up to a full-time schedule of as many as 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back. The listed schedule is Saturday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. The pay rate is $21.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation, subject to applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and urgent calls for service to appropriate personnel, maintaining clear communication with the operations center and on-site teams.
• Accurately document incidents, service requests, dispatch activity, and communications in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, using problem-solving skills and coordinating notifications to site leadership and emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, including its interior, loading areas, and perimeter, to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
