About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Resource Coordinator in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Dispatch Professional at a food and beverage location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor incoming information, document incidents, and support timely responses to site needs. Requirements

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production or distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, radio communications, alarms, and dispatch requests; document activities and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas around the business and perimeter, as assigned, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
