About The Position
As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Operations in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Dispatch Security Officer at a dynamic retail and mall location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. Using computer or tablet systems, you will document information, communicate with onsite teams, and help maintain an inviting environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the assignment of security-related personnel to incidents and requests throughout the retail and mall location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining communication with on-site personnel, management, and emergency responders as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, including dispatch times, personnel locations, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor security-related systems, cameras, alarms, and access activity as assigned, and report unusual conditions or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.
