About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Foot Patrol Security Officer to help provide proactive loss prevention, site inspections, and a safe environment. The role calls for situational awareness, sound judgment, professionalism, and a focus on guest experience. The officer will patrol the site, monitor activity, enforce security procedures, assist guests and staff, and maintain detailed records. The position is part-time at a site in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The schedule is Friday from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. A driver’s license is strongly preferred. Pay is $22.00 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of professional security, military, or law enforcement experience.
Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
Ability to remain alert and composed throughout long or routine shifts.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Able to pass an extensive screening process.
Strong report-writing skills.
Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
Strong proficiency with technology.
State security license if required.

Nice To Haves

Active driver’s license; strongly preferred.
Experience in a hospitality, entertainment, or luxury venue environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough interior and exterior patrols, maintaining a visible and professional presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
Monitor surveillance systems and site activity, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
Enforce site policies and access control procedures with confidence and composure.
Greet and verify guests, visitors, and vendors while upholding security protocols.
Prepare accurate, detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
Partner with site leadership and venue staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
