About The Position

As a Security Officer Entry Management in Boca Raton, Florida, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community. You will help manage visitor and resident entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and respond to security-related concerns. The role includes maintaining a visible presence, conducting routine patrols, and providing welcoming customer service and clear communication.

This is a full-time position paying $18.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 years old or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, contractors, and visitors while following site-specific procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access to the residential community by verifying authorized entry, documenting visitor and contractor information, and directing vehicles as appropriate.
• Respond calmly and professionally to access-control concerns, resident inquiries, incidents, and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations, helping deter unauthorized activity and reporting security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records in accordance with company and site-specific requirements.
