Security Officer Customer Experience Patrol
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol officer at a logistics and distribution location in Saint Louis, Missouri. The officer will help safeguard the site, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, drivers, and deliveries. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, integrity, and collaboration. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $16.70 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. State or local licensing may be required before employment.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by following site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond calmly to incidents, delivery-area disruptions, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailers, and the facility perimeter.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and maintain accurate logs of entries, exits, deliveries, and incidents.
- Support orderly traffic flow for delivery vehicles and pedestrians while following site procedures and communicating professionally with on-site personnel.
