About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution in Charlotte, NC. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. The role includes responding to concerns, providing professional customer service, and communicating clearly. The scheduled shifts are Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The pay rate is $24.60 per hour.

Requirements

At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
At least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

A Guard Card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity according to site-specific protocols.
Accurately document incidents, patrol activities, and unusual observations, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
