About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Security Guard in Bristol, Indiana, serving a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The role involves maintaining a visible security presence, patrolling assigned areas, supporting visitor management, responding to incidents, and providing professional customer service. The listed schedule is Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The pay rate is $17.75 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements before employment, if required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter; identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and support visitor management, including verifying authorization and directing guests according to site requirements.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
