About The Position

As a Security Guard - Campus Protection in Phoenix, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution. In this unarmed patrol role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service and clear communication. You will help create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while reporting concerns and following site procedures. This is a full-time position paying $25.39 per hour, scheduled Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing may be required before employment, depending on applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers by following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response protocols.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to established procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with company and site requirements.
