About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Guard to help protect people and property in Kansas City, Missouri. The role involves patrolling sensitive areas, observing and responding to potential risks, controlling access to secure areas, and checking security equipment. Guards document incidents, respond to alarms, and may collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents. The work requires standing and walking throughout the shift.

Two full-time schedules are available, both Thursday through Sunday: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. or 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The position pays $23.31 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
