About The Position

As a Security Guard Armed Patrol Driver Response in Houston, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients at a retail location. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Texas Level III Armed Certification is required for armed roles in Texas.
Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and team members by following security procedures and site-specific policies and, when appropriate, performing emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, customer concerns, and critical situations.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of sales areas, entrances, loading areas, parking lots, and the perimeter.
Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other security concerns.
Accurately document incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
