About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time armed patrol driver to serve and safeguard clients at a food and beverage location in Trenton, Ohio. The role involves maintaining a visible security presence, conducting patrols, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and providing customer service. The position requires driving and a valid driver’s license. The listed pay rate is $25.00 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Monday through Thursday and Sunday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
Have at least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
Hold a valid driver’s license; the posting also specifies a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of food and beverage production, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor or contractor entry according to site procedures, documenting arrivals, departures, and incidents as required.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation, maintaining professional communication with site personnel.
