About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Guard for a Los Angeles, California site. The role involves monitoring security systems and surveillance feeds to spot potential threats before they escalate, including in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The schedule is full-time or part-time, and the shift will be discussed during the interview. The hourly wage is $19–$22. A uniform is provided at no cost. Requirements

• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card).
• Complete the additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training can be obtained during the hiring process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have good eyesight and the ability to maintain focus.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
