About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard in West Memphis, Arkansas, to serve and safeguard clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. The role involves providing customer service while following safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, responding to emergencies and critical situations, and conducting patrols. Pay is $19.75 per hour. A valid driver's license and at least one year of security experience are required.

Requirements

• At least one year of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 years old for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
