About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Guard for access control and surveillance work at a site in Beloit, Wisconsin. The role involves monitoring security systems, observing and documenting activity, responding to incidents, patrolling the premises, controlling access to secure areas, and helping protect people and property. Two full-time schedules are available: Sunday through Thursday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., or Monday through Thursday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The position pays $20 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. New hires who have an active Wisconsin security license verified through DSPS may be eligible for a $250 gross new-hire incentive, payable after 90 days of employment in good standing and subject to taxes, withholdings, and additional eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening.
Have strong report-writing skills.
Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
Have strong proficiency with technology.
Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
