About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Security Officer for patrol operations in Hazelwood, Missouri. The role is primarily driving and includes operating a vehicle, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. The officer supports a welcoming environment through clear communication, attentive service, and timely reporting while serving and safeguarding clients across a range of industries. The scheduled shifts are Fridays and Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $21.50 per hour. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; it is required for driving positions.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
Operate a vehicle as part of a primarily driving post.
Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
Support a welcoming environment through clear communication, attentive service, and timely reporting.
