About The Position

As a Security Guard - Office Patrol in Scottsdale, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients in a healthcare setting. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide courteous assistance to patients, visitors, and staff. You will use communication and customer service skills to support a welcoming environment while working collaboratively with Allied Universal.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certification.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
A Guard Card/License.
Alarm panel experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exterior areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations, following established site procedures.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, employee access, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities.
