About The Position

As a Security Guard Patrol in Hope, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in commercial real estate. In this unarmed patrol role, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide customer service and clear communication while helping create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. The position is full-time and pays $14.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The stated schedule is Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
Monitor property access and verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed.
Maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
Communicate professionally with property management, occupants, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming environment.
