About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-service-focused security role in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The officer will work with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, welcoming and assisting visitors while helping protect individuals and property. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., at an hourly wage of $17.25.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
