About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location in Dublin, Ohio, you will help safeguard clients, patients, visitors, and staff. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment. The role calls for exceptional customer service, clear communication, and professional responses to security-related concerns. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM. The pay rate is $19.50 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond professionally and calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations, following established healthcare location protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity; report unusual conditions and policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
Accurately document incidents, patrol activity, and observations, and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives as needed.
