About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail location in Honolulu, Hawaii, you will help safeguard clients and maintain a welcoming environment for customers, employees, and visitors. The role involves visible patrols, customer service, incident response, and timely reporting while following site-specific policies and procedures.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and retail personnel by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and carry out emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond professionally and calmly to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations.
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, stock areas, and the surrounding perimeter as permitted by site policies.
Help deter unauthorized activity, theft-related concerns, and policy violations through visible presence, observation, and timely reporting.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity according to company and site reporting procedures.
