About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring an unarmed Security Guard to serve and safeguard clients across industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. The role involves providing customer service while following safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, responding calmly to incidents, and conducting patrols. Multiple shifts are available. Pay is $17.46 per hour. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Meet applicable licensing requirements, which may be required before employment depending on state and local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
