About The Position

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in Phoenix, Arizona, you will help safeguard the client by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, assist employees and visitors, and provide professional customer service. The position is full-time and pays $19.62 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including the business perimeter, to identify and report unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed by policy.
Prepare clear and accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.
