About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Guard Patrol Driver in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, to serve and safeguard clients at an automotive manufacturing and business location. This is an unarmed driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. The role involves vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence, monitoring assigned areas, and communicating professionally with employees and visitors. The scheduled hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, entrances, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership about observed conditions, incidents, and policy violations.
