About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, you will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide customer service, communicate clearly, respond professionally to site needs, and contribute through teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.58 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver's license if applying for a driving position.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in accordance with established emergency response protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity according to site procedures.
Complete accurate reports, activity logs, and incident documentation, and promptly communicate security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
