About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol officer at a premier retail location in Honolulu, Hawaii, you will serve and safeguard clients in the retail industry. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment. The role is guided by teamwork, integrity, and a caring culture. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The pay rate is $23.69 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years old.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail associates by following security procedures and site-specific policies and, when appropriate, carrying out emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations, using problem-solving skills.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stockroom access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized entry, theft, and other suspicious activity.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site procedures.
