About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Perimeter Patrol in Webster, New York, at a food and beverage production location. The role provides consistent, fixed weekly shifts at an assigned site, with a six-month commitment to the designated site and schedule. Employees may claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform to increase their hours, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours per week and scaling back when needed.

The scheduled anchor shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour. The position involves unarmed security services, including patrols, access monitoring, responding to incidents, and documenting observations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including production, shipping and receiving, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Accurately document patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with company and site reporting requirements.
