About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Security Officer for perimeter patrol in Bristol, Pennsylvania. The position provides a fixed weekly anchor shift at an assigned site, requiring a six-month commitment. The scheduled shift is Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:45 AM. In addition to the fixed shift, officers may claim extra shifts through the company scheduling platform, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week and the option to scale back. The role provides customer service and carries out site-specific security procedures, patrols, access monitoring, incident response, and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required before employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to identify unusual conditions and support site operations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures; document observations and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations while following established emergency response protocols.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
