About The Position

As a Security Guard Visitor Reception Officer in Lithia Springs, Georgia, you will safeguard clients while serving as a welcoming front-desk presence. You will support access control, visitor management, and communication with guests and staff, helping maintain a secure environment through attentive monitoring and customer service. The role is full time and pays $17.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain visitor logs according to site procedures.
Monitor access points, receive incoming calls, and communicate information or concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries, and security-related activities, and report unusual activity to site leadership.
