About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Driver Visitor Reception in Lakeland, Florida, to serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution. The role combines front-desk visitor reception, access monitoring, customer service, and driving duties. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, employees, and vendors; verify credentials; and follow site-specific front-desk access procedures.
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor credentials as authorized, and direct guests to appropriate contacts or designated areas.
Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, and report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
Answer phones, communicate site information, and maintain awareness of activity in the lobby and reception area.
Perform driving duties associated with the position.
