About The Position
Titan Security is hiring Security Dispatchers for an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio. The role supports facility security operations by assisting employees and visitors, monitoring surveillance and alarm systems, dispatching patrol officers, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate logs. Dispatchers are expected to provide friendly, efficient service and make a positive first impression.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Able to obtain an Ohio guard card.
- Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
- Ohio Guard Card.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred.
- NRC Certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist employees and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure visitors and vendors are signed in before entering the building.
- Identify employees and visitors upon arrival.
- Monitor CCTV camera systems within the facility.
- Dispatch Patrol Officers to locations.
- Answer regular and emergency phones.
- Monitor alarm panels.
- Respond to incidents, including property emergencies.
- Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property, including packages.
- Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
- Perform other duties as needed.
