About The Position

Prevail Security Services is hiring a full-time Security Dispatch Officer for its North Area of Houston location (77032). The role supports the safety and security of assigned facilities through vigilant monitoring, coordination, and communication. The officer monitors security systems and surveillance equipment and provides professional customer service and support to clients and team members. The position involves working with a team of security professionals and is offered across various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional security experience.
Active security license.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel to the Northside of Houston (77032).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively with officers, supervisors, management, and clients.
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
