About The Position

St. John’s Riverside Hospital is seeking a Security Coordinator to oversee security personnel and activities. The Coordinator ensures security staff perform their assigned duties, assigns personnel to posts and assignments, and monitors post performance. The role also includes making recommendations regarding discipline or termination, conducting performance evaluations, maintaining attendance records, and investigating and reporting incidents on hospital property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of law enforcement and/or security supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Security personnel perform their assigned duties.

• Make recommendations regarding termination and discipline of security guards.
• Perform performance evaluations for security guards.
