The Level 3 iSOC Coordinator monitors security and life-safety events and manages real-time interactions with people at monitored sites. The role builds on alarm verification and video monitoring responsibilities by using two-way audio to address security violations, intervene in incidents, de-escalate potential threats, and communicate clearly with customers and emergency personnel. Coordinators make rapid decisions and document interactions and outcomes. The position is based on-site in a security monitoring operations center equipped with video surveillance, two-way audio communication systems, alarm-monitoring software, automation solutions, proprietary software integrations, and monitoring workstations. Full training is provided. Work is scheduled in 8–10-hour shifts between 8:00 p.m. and 4:30 a.m., according to labor demands. The operation runs around the clock, so the regular schedule includes weekends and holidays. The starting pay rate is $22.00 per hour, not including shift differential. Eligible coordinators may qualify for monthly performance and attendance bonuses after 90 days of successful active employment. A favorable pre-employment drug screening and background check are required.
