About The Position

Securitas is seeking a motivated and dependable Security Account Manager to oversee daily security operations at a manufacturing facility in Norwood, Massachusetts. The role oversees a security program totaling 208 hours per week and focuses on staffing, operational performance, client satisfaction, and delivering professional security services. The Account Manager supports and develops a team of security officers, maintains client relationships, and ensures security standards are consistently met. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The pay rate is $26.50 per hour.

Requirements

Previous security experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage staffing needs, coordinate schedules, and hold team members accountable.
Professional demeanor and ability to build positive relationships with clients and employees.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Basic computer proficiency, including scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily security operations to ensure compliance with site procedures, post orders, and client expectations.
Supervise, coach, and support security officers while promoting accountability and professionalism.
Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, attendance, and timekeeping to meet operational needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and responsive service.
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain service standards.
Oversee access control, visitor management, and facility security procedures.
Ensure incidents and security concerns are documented, reported, and addressed.
Coordinate officer training and ensure team members understand site-specific procedures and emergency protocols.
Identify and resolve operational challenges, and communicate staffing or performance concerns to leadership.
Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable security regulations.
