About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring a Security Account Manager in Portland, Oregon, to supervise security officers and help ensure effective guarding operations. The role involves managing operations across multiple sites, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating staff, schedules, payroll, training, equipment, and records. The position pays $63,668.80 per year and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; additional hours may be necessary.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Have at least 1 year of security, military, or law enforcement experience.
Have at least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
Be proficient in basic computer and technology use.
Have strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
Be able to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.
Be reliable and self-motivated.
Have strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Be willing to participate in the pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

Manage a shift or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, including supervising officers and supervisory staff.
Meet with line management and client representatives to provide status updates and address actual or potential problems.
Maintain regular client contact to ensure service expectations are met.
Coordinate with line management on staff orientation, training, development, and retention.
Maintain and submit payroll records and other employee and business information.
Review client and company reports for accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters to ensure smooth service delivery.
