About The Position

Numotion is hiring a full-time Seating Technician in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The technician supports the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) team in assembling, delivering, and fitting Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), including manual and power wheelchairs and other assistive technologies. The role involves working directly with clients to help ensure equipment meets their mobility needs, functional goals, and prescribed specifications while providing strong customer service. This is an active, field-based position requiring travel of up to 75% within the local service area. Deliveries and fittings may take place in clients’ homes, care facilities, and other locations. The technician also troubleshoots equipment issues with ATP support, maintains a clean and safe shop, warehouse, and delivery vehicles, completes accurate documentation, follows safety and confidentiality requirements, and attends company training. Compensation is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The position is regular/at-will; per diem is not provided.

Responsibilities

Support ATPs with equipment assembly and delivery, coordinating service to clients.
Assemble and fit CRT equipment, including manual and power wheelchairs and other assistive technologies, and deliver equipment to clients at homes, care facilities, and other locations in the Albuquerque area.
Assess product issues in the field and collaborate with ATPs to identify solutions.
Keep the shop and warehouse clean, organized, and safe in accordance with applicable safety standards and organizational protocols.
Keep delivery vehicles clean and in safe working order, and promptly report maintenance needs.
Help maintain relationships with existing business accounts and interact professionally and empathetically with clients.
Complete required documentation accurately and promptly in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Follow safety procedures and regulations, including proper handling and transport of CRT equipment.
Attend required company training and development sessions to maintain current product knowledge and understanding of industry standards and company procedures.
Work with ATPs and customers to ensure equipment solutions align with client needs, functional goals, and prescribed specifications.
Provide customer service, address concerns, and support client satisfaction throughout delivery and fitting.
Address customer concerns during deliveries or fittings and seek ATP guidance as needed.
