About The Position

The role works with multiple clients to address HR-related issues and completes projects such as employee handbooks, recruiting, job descriptions, and compensation. It also includes training, employee relations interventions, and other expanding HR assignments. The position requires strong customer service and comfort facilitating training, along with the ability to build credibility with leaders and provide practical HR guidance. The role offers hands-on exposure across HR functions, mentorship, and opportunities to grow as an HR professional.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Positive, optimistic, solutions-first approach.

Nice To Haves
