About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations during the holiday rush. Associates help keep packages moving safely and on time by unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, moving packages, and loading delivery trucks. The role emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and maintaining an organized workspace. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is based at 3900 Industry Dr. E # G, Fife, Washington. Pay is $18.16 per hour, with eligibility for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Available schedules are Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Friday–Monday. Shifts run from 6:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs; “End of Sort” includes completion of required sort work and cleanup as directed by site management. The seasonal assignment is scheduled from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions afterward, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Must be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift packages, stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including heat and cold.
• Must be able to work overtime when required by business needs.
• Must be able to remain on feet while working and regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Move packages and load trucks for delivery.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Work cooperatively with the team to complete warehouse tasks.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Follow safety practices and applicable workplace protocols.
