About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate/Package Handler at its Hazelwood, Missouri warehouse. The role supports warehouse operations by safely unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, moving packages, and loading delivery trucks. Associates help maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace and work collaboratively to move packages to their next destination safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

This is a temporary seasonal position running from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Continued employment is not guaranteed, though seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, depending on eligibility and availability. The position pays $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay and eligibility for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Seven shift-pattern options are listed, generally Monday through Friday or other combinations of five consecutive days. Shift hours are 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or until the end of sort; hours may vary based on business needs. End of sort means completion of required sorting work and cleanup as directed by site management.

The warehouse environment may be hot or cold, and temperature control may be limited. The work requires standing or walking for extended periods and frequent physical activity, including lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting. Associates must be able to repeatedly handle packages, including team lifts, and work scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, or overtime when needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and move packages: the listing describes items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds, and also describes handling packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently and participating in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand or walk for extended periods and repeatedly bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, and perform other physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including heat and cold.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.
